Brad Biel is a Managing Partner for Enrollment Solutions and has been working in the worksite benefits arena since 1999. He originally served as a benefits counselor while he was in college and then extended that into his full time passion after graduation. He then started dealing with brokers and clients while creating an enrollment team to help expand his organization’s services. Brad formed Enrollment Solutions to bring answers to an underserved market, specifically the 10-1,000 employee space.
Previous to his time in worksite benefits, Brad attended Syracuse University.
Howie Dilema currently serves as a Managing Partner for Enrollment Solutions. He started his insurance career in 2002 in Arizona working for an independent financial planning firm. Shortly after, he co-founded an independent brokerage where he oversaw the employee benefits division. In 2010, he relocated to New York where he would establish another brokerage, specializing in the wholesale of voluntary insurance products to brokers, along with enrollment services.
Howie graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Josh joined the insurance industry in 2016 when he returned home from Florida to New Jersey to join Enrollment Solutions. He brings expertise from two post-graduate degrees and from a career as a South Florida Litigation Attorney and a Professor at the University of Miami. As COO, Josh leads our Account Services Team and our Implementation Team to ensure the success of our programs for each client.
Josh graduated from Lafayette College and holds two post-graduate degrees from the University of Miami.
Christa Wilson is an ancillary specialist working in the industry for almost 14 years. Her focus has always been on group insurance in the tristate area. Her concentration over the years has included (but not limited to) ancillary sales/retention as well as large group medical retention encompassing thousands of groups. She is committed to ongoing professional development and looking forward to how her role at The Enrollment Solutions will evolve into a broader platform.
After graduating Monmouth University with a Bachelors in Business Marketing, she started her career at a boutique GA in New York City. She worked there for 11 years before they were bought by another GA in NJ and she continued her career there for another 2 years. She considers herself privileged to have worked within the industry this long and cherishes the relationships she has made.
Jason Kosco started his career in the industry in 2011 as an independent agent with a voluntary benefit carrier where he specialized in account management and benefit implementation. In 2017, he switched gears and began to focus on recruiting and agent development. This is when he began to partner with brokers to provide benefit specialists to assist in fulfilling enrollments. In March of 2020, he joined Enrollment Solutions as the Director of Enrollments.
Prior to his career in the insurance industry, he worked in the motorcycle industry in multiple management rolls for over 14 years.
Bryan Schwartz currently serves as an implementation specialist for Enrollment Solutions where he focuses on enrollment implementation by using contemporary technology. Bryan has been servicing the insurance industry since late 2017; He got his start in the insurance business through his local communities by implementing voluntary benefits to help smaller companies off-set their High Deductible Health Plans. After a few years of servicing clients in his local communities, Bryan decided that he wanted to expand his skill set to a larger audience, this led him to become part of a national benefit enrollment organization which assisted large health insurance brokers with large case enrollments.
Prior to Enrollment Solutions, Bryan studied business management at Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ; After college, Bryan briefly worked in the entertainment industry where he managed local talent and organized events.
Andrea has been in the insurance industry since 2014 and has worked with various carriers. She has been recognized for her outstanding customer service and client focus. Prior to her work in the industry, Andrea studied Finance at Hawaii Pacific University and came back home to New York focused on philanthropy where she helped hundreds of families within her community get the help they need, from food, funding, employment and other essential resources. Andrea continues to focus on helping people and joins us as an Account Manager ready to provide superior service to our clients.
