Benefit education and communication is more important now than ever after the recent JANUS ruling regarding Unions. As a union it is vital to show what value a member is getting through their dues and unions are not staffed to do this. Enrollment Solutions started working with Unions and Associations in 2009 and quickly learned the complexities needed with these clients. Many of them require an extreme amount of creativity to reach their members as well as detailed follow-up systems in place to track successes and failures. In addition to some of these challenges, often times payroll deduction is not an option and different forms of premium collection may be needed. We work with multiple organizations that assist in this as well.
